Articles of Incorporation

• The purpose(s) for which this corporation is formed: to provide the clients of the corporation the services of private security for the act of guard, maintaining and securing the assets of a client of the corporation and/or guard, secure and maintain the person of a client of the client or guard, secure and maintain anything related to the client; to hire, train and do all the things associated with the securing of private security guards so they can act on the corporation's behalf.
